Space X-Chimp™ started up in May 2013, and we’ve been on an epic ride ever since. From our beginnings as a Tech Blog to launching the first premium WordPress plugin in 2016, we’ve tried to always stay consistent with our philosophies and approach in everything that we build, and to deliver an exceptional experience for our community and subscribers. We owe a huge thanks to our community for joining us on this awesome journey, and we hope that you’ll continue to be a part of our story.

To Infinity and Beyond! We’re making dramatic improvements to our core products, and continue to push for transparency and a clear understanding of an otherwise complex field. We welcomed Milena Kiseleva as our new CEO of Space X-Chimp.

June, 2017

A new leaf Our second round of funding propelled our efforts into the broader realm of inbound marketing, a concept that rejects pushy sales in favour of attracting customers with real value. A lot of work was done. We rebranded from My Cyber Universe to Space X-Chimp. We launched the www.spacexchimp.com website and few sub-sites, such as docs.spacexchimp.com and demo.spacexchimp.com.

July, 2015

Decision to develop under WordPress After a glimpse of the demand, we shifted our focus from blogging to our software, taking our first round of funding to power the development of new WordPress plugins and ideas. We released a suite of campaign-based plugins that included SEO, social media, and CSS code editor. By 2015, we tallied our first 3,000 active installs of our free theme and plugins for CMS WordPress.

September, 2014

First WordPress plugin With our broader marketing efforts in full swing, we developed and published our first free plugin for CMS WordPress. It was called My Custom Functions. Just like our first WordPress theme, our first WordPress plugin has also become very popular. Over the next months it was featured in different online publications.

October, 2013

First WordPress theme & first awards We developed and published our first free theme for CMS WordPress, and it quickly became popular. It was called Anarcho Notepad. Three months later, in January, 2014, it gaining more than a fifty thousand (50 000) downloads and won first place in the categories “Best New WordPress Themes” and “Upcoming Stars”.

Our founding Space X-Chimp™ was founded in Moscow, Russia, by Arthur Gareginyan. It was called My Cyber Universe, and started as a technology blog and an online community where the software developer shared his research and ideas. It transformed into a small software development firm and led us to create some of our first projects.
