How does the product purchase process occur?
To start using our premium product (theme or plugin), you need to make a purchase on the official page of this product (Themes / Plugins). To do this, select a licence suitable for your case and make a payment. After the successful completion of the purchase, you will receive an email receipt with a button through which you can download a copy of the product.
What does website licences mean?
Website licences refer to the number of websites that can use our products. A valid and active licence key is required in order to get product (theme or plugin) update and premium support for purchased Space X-Chimp™ products.
Can I upgrade from one licence to another licence after my initial purchase?
Yes, we can arrange that for you. Please contact us via the contact form on our website with your order purchase number.
You can upgrade from any licence to any other licence except the Developer License. The point is that the Developer License is fundamentally different from all other licences.
What happens when my licence expires?
Your licence will not auto-renew. If your licence expired, you can still use the product (theme or plugin), with all premium features, on your website for as long as you like. However your premium support access and access to updates will be cut off.

Do you charge automatically for renewing the licence?
No, we don’t. Renewing the licence is completely optional and not an automatic payment.
Do I have to renew licence each year for your products to work?
Absolutely not! Our product (theme or plugin) will continue to work after a year. All premium features will work fine. However your premium support access and access to updates will be cut off.

What is the Developer Licence?
The Developer Licence is fundamentally different from all other licences. While other licences are designed to allow you to install our WordPress plugin on an one or number websites, the Developer Licence allows you to integrate our WordPress plugin into WordPress theme that you developed and want to sell or distribute for any type of fee or charge. Thus, the Developer Licence is a licence that designed specifically for the developers of the themes.
End product that’s sold - is a WordPress theme/template with our WordPress plugin integrated, and that’s sell or distribute for any type of fee or charge.
Can I use your products on client website?
Yes! If you have a valid product licence, you are more than welcome to use our product (theme and/or plugin) on your client website.
You may charge your client for your services, even under the Personal Licence. But you can’t use one Personal Licence on multiple clients or jobs.

- Developer Licence for 1 end-product

We are proud of the quality of the products we sell. If at any time within the next 30 days, you are not happy with our product, then you can request a refund and we will give you 100% of your money back.

How do updates work for product?
Any of our free products (themes and plugins) updates like any standard WordPress theme or plugin, with 1 click to update from the WordPress dashboard.
For our premium/paid products (themes and plugins), updates are included for free for lifetime in the Enterprise Licence and for one year in all other licences. If you have a valid and active licence key, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard. If the purchased product does not support automatic updates, then updates can be downloaded from an email that will be sent periodically to you.
How often do you update your products?
We do not have any strict rules regarding the frequency of our product (themes and plugins) updates. Updates are released as needed and as they become available, not on a particular schedule.
We have three types of updates:
- Adding new features - We add new features to our products whenever we have a new cool feature requests by our customers, as well as our team.
- Code improvement - This makes our products more stable and faster, and also improves security.
- Solving bugs or issues - If any bugs or issues appear due to browser updates or WordPress version changes, we make sure to update all affected products ASAP to keep you and visitors of your website safe.
Regardless of the type of updates, they should be applied as soon as conveniently possible.
How do support work for product?
Support for our free products (themes and plugins) is limited to community-run support on WordPress.org.
Support for our premium/paid products (themes and plugins) are included for free for one year in all licences. Support is available via the Forum on this website.
What does support cover?
Support covers getting setup, trouble using any features, bug fixes and simple CSS customisations. Unfortunately, we cannot provide support for modifications or 3rd party plugins. But we can show you some guidance and provide simple CSS customisation. We always give top support priority to premium product users than free product users in Forum. How can I get support for the purchased product?

How do I get credit for a sale?
When someone clicks one of your affiliate links, a cookie is placed on their browser for 30 days. As long as they don’t clear their cache and make a purchase within the 30 days, your account is credited for the commission earned.
How much do I get paid?
All affiliates receive a 30% commission. After a sale is made through an affiliate link, Gumroad takes its fee from the sale. Once the fee is taken, Gumroad will add your earnings to your member dashboard.
When do I get paid?
You are paid out every second week and at least one week after your sales (as long as your affiliate balance exceeds $10 USD).
How do I know how much I’ve earned?
Gumroad will notify you of sales you make. Also, you can check your sales balance on the Gumroad dashboard whenever you please.
How are sales tracked?
Sales are tracked through unique links generated by Gumroad. The purchaser must have cookies enabled in their browser for Gumroad to track the sale.
What if my visitor doesn’t purchase right away but purchases later?
Cookies are tracked for 30 days, which means that you can earn a commission up to 30 days after someone clicks your affiliate link and makes a purchase.
