Having support for your purchased themes and plugins means that we will be available to you as our customer, to iron-out any potential issues you have in using our product (theme or plugin). We offer our support services and below we give you the most important guidelines on this page.
Read the documentation first
Many support queries and technical questions will already be answered in our products documentation such as setup step-by-step guide and FAQ’s. So, before sending a support ticket, please make sure you have read our documentation for a particular theme or plugin you are using.
Support only applies to our premium products. A supported item includes item support for 12 months from the purchase date. During those 12 months, we are expected to be available to provide the item support services we’ve set out on this page. After the expiration of the support period, you can extend the support for another year for half the price of item.

We do our best to keep our themes and plugins up to date so if you are facing any bugs, please report and we will try to fix it ASAP.
-V- Answering specific questions about the features and functionality of the theme or plugin
If you have any doubts or questions which cannot be found in the product (theme or plugin) documentation, we would be glad to give you all the explanation about the setup.
-V- Listening to customer feedback
We like to listen, if you come up with some smart stuff and ideas which may improve our themes and/or plugins, feel free to contact us via the contact form on our website and suggest.
Not included in themes and plugins support
-X- Theme customisation
Support does not include services to modify or extend the theme beyond the original features, style and functionality. If it is a minor change, we will try to help, but for any significant modifications, please contact us regarding WordPress customisation services instead.
-X- Help with modified theme or plugin code
We offer support for our official and original products only. With that being said, if any bugs/issues appear after our original product (theme or plugin) files are modified by yourself or any developer you hired, we cannot provide support for it. Of course, we will always have a look and try to provide you with a good advice, but, you should rather contact us regarding WordPress customisation services in this case.
-X- Help with plugins developed by others (3rd party)
Sometimes, plugins may cause specific problems on the website and this issue is not theme related. If you find a conflict with some of the 3rd party plugins, you should try to reach the plugin author first. Of course, it is good to let us know about any possible conflicts with others plugins so we see if we can by-pass it, but it is not our responsibility as a theme author to fix someone else’s bugs.
-X- Installation of the theme or plugin
If you’re after installation services, they are outside of support scope and you should contact us regarding WordPress services instead.
-X- Server/environment problems
We are not required to support issues about your web hosting or server environment, or issues with broken WordPress installations etc. Please check your ISP/web hosting provider or other software documentation that you’re trying to use to help solve your issues.
